AI Features Disclosure

How AI is used on the platform, in-product labeling, and limitations

DRAFT — FOR ATTORNEY REVIEW — NOT IN EFFECT

Last updated: June 11, 2026. This AI Features Disclosure describes how TechEd Analyst uses artificial intelligence in the Services. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. AI-using features in the Services

Depending on your plan and how you use the platform, AI may power:

  • Guided workflow artifact builders — structured outputs from workflow steps (for example, AI tool inventory, data privacy baseline drafts);
  • AI & Workflow Readiness Diagnostic — public readiness scan on the marketing site;
  • Workflow Assistant — in-app assistant for operational questions within workflows;
  • Prompt Lab — Pro subscriber prompt experimentation;
  • Template and document generators — customizable starting drafts (including the Workforce Evidence Builder agent when enabled);
  • Onboarding and preview flows — summarized planning outputs from form inputs.

[ATTORNEY: confirm EU AI Act transparency scope for each feature]

2. AI provider

AI inference is provided by Anthropic (Anthropic PBC) and configured models we designate (for example, Claude). Your prompts and related context are sent to the provider to generate responses. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

3. In-product labeling

AI-assisted outputs are labeled in-product where the feature generates content for you — including workflow artifact builders, diagnostic readouts, and agent-generated drafts. Outputs include disclaimers that they are working documents or planning drafts, not professional advice or credentials.

4. Limitations

  • AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. Human review is required before use.
  • The Services do not assess, certify, or determine regulatory compliance.
  • Completion records are records of activity within the service — not credentials or certifications.
  • We do not use your conversation data to train third-party foundation models, subject to provider terms.

5. Human oversight

AI features are designed to assist, not replace, human judgment. You are responsible for how you use, share, or act on outputs in your business operations and client work.
