Disclaimer

Read before relying on any TechEd Analyst output

Operated by: TechEd Analyst LLC (Connecticut, USA).

Effective: October 11, 2026. Read this before relying on any output from TechEd Analyst. This Disclaimer is part of our Terms of Service.

1. What TechEd Analyst does

TechEd Analyst is software that turns information you enter into working documents — tool inventories, checklists, policy and SOP drafts, data maps, KPI plans, and summaries — using fixed templates and, for some features, AI. It does not represent you, and it does not act as your lawyer, accountant, consultant, or other licensed professional.

2. Not professional advice

Outputs are general information and self-help drafts. We do not review your documents for legal sufficiency, reach legal conclusions, give opinions about your rights or obligations, or apply the law to your facts. Outputs are not a substitute for a qualified professional.

3. No person reviews outputs

No attorney or other person at TechEd Analyst reviews an output before you see it. Have outputs reviewed by a qualified professional licensed where you operate before you adopt, sign, send, publish, or act on them.

4. No compliance guarantee

Completing a checklist, policy draft, data map, or self-review pack does not mean your business complies with any law or standard, including the EU and UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, or HIPAA.

5. AI can be wrong

AI features can produce errors, omissions, made-up facts, laws, cases, or sources, text that conflicts with the rest of your document, and information that is out of date. Treat every output as a starting point. See our AI Features Disclosure.

6. No professional relationship; not privileged

Using TechEd Analyst does not create an attorney–client or any other professional relationship. What you enter is not a privileged communication. We protect it as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service §5a.

7. Laws vary and change

Requirements differ by state, country, and industry, and they change over time. An output may not fit your situation.

8. Your decisions

You decide whether and how to use any output, and you are responsible for that decision.

9. How this fits with our Terms

Warranty disclaimers, limits of liability, and indemnity are in our Terms of Service §§10–12. Changes to this Disclaimer follow Terms §14.
