Last updated: September 27, 2026. These Services Terms apply to fixed-scope services bought on this site: Done-for-You Template Setup and written reviews (Operations Workflow, Data-Readiness, and AI-Readiness). They supplement our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Each service has a fixed fee and the scope listed on the Services page at the time of purchase. Work outside that scope is not included unless we agree to it in writing, and may be quoted separately.
Operational guidance, not legal, tax, or compliance advice. Deliverables are working documents and operational suggestions based on the information you provide. They do not state whether you comply with any law, regulation, or standard. For legal, tax, accounting, or compliance questions, consult a licensed professional.
After payment you will receive a short intake form. Work starts when we receive a complete intake. Please describe your tools and processes only; do not send customer or employee personal information, passwords, or financial account details. For Done-for-You Setup, you keep ownership of your Google or Notion account and grant us temporary access only as needed; you can revoke it at any time after delivery.

The turnaround shown for each service is counted in business days from the day we receive your complete intake. If we need more information, the clock pauses until you reply. If we expect to miss the stated turnaround, we will tell you before the deadline.
Written reviews include one round of clarifying questions within 14 days of delivery. Done-for-You Setup: Standard includes the walkthrough call; Plus also includes one round of changes within 14 days of delivery. Additional changes can be quoted separately.
You may cancel for a full refund any time before you submit your intake form. Once work has started, fees are non-refundable, except that if we do not deliver within 10 business days after the stated turnaround, you may request a full refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Services are paid in advance through a hosted checkout provider (currently Gumroad; later Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.
