Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer credits or refunds in specific circumstances.
Subscription plans renew automatically on the stated billing interval. You may cancel at any time via account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time unless required by law.

Fixed-scope written review services are governed by the scope description at purchase. Refund eligibility for in-progress or delivered reviews depends on the service terms presented at checkout.
