AI Register and Client Answers: find every AI tool and automation, decide once, and have the answer ready when a client asks.

Where things stand

We run all of this on TechEd Analyst's own business today. We are opening it to 5 to 10 businesses once our legal review and insurance are complete, expected in early 2027. Joining now holds your place and your price; nothing is charged until you start.

What it does

  1. 1. Find

Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and n8n if you use it, or fill in the checklist by hand. Every AI tool and automation lands in one register.

  2. 2. Decide

Mark each one approved, approved with limits (for example, no client data) or not approved. Every decision is logged with who made it and when.

  3. 3. Apply

On company browsers, the TechEd Analyst extension applies your decisions on the device: it can redirect a tool you did not approve and check a paste for card numbers or client names before it reaches an AI tool. Risky automation steps can wait for your approval.

  4. 4. Answer

Your AI use policy and answers to client AI questionnaires are drafted from your own register. You approve every word; when the register changes, the documents are flagged for review.

  5. 5. Show

A weekly email of what changed and a monthly report you can send to a client or insurer.

Who it is for

  • Owners of businesses with 10 to 150 people whose clients have started asking how they use AI
  • Accounting and bookkeeping firms, agencies and other professional service firms
  • Consultants and IT providers who look after several client businesses

What design partners get

  • $49 a month for 12 months, held for the full year
  • A 20-minute setup call and a direct line to the founder
  • A say in what gets built next, from what you actually run into
  • In return: a short check-in once a month and honest feedback

What we never keep

The browser extension checks on the device and sends only counts, so what your staff type or paste never reaches us. We keep tool names, your decisions and dates, not email, file or prompt content. See what we keep and who processes it.
